Music Video of the Day: Milwaukee Banks “Faded” (2015)

Melbourne duo Milwaukee Banks have recently been signed to Dot Dash/Remote Control Records for the global release of Deep Into the Night, the duo’s debut album due out in 2016! For Edo and Dyl, this year has already spawned many awesome career developments as they’ve consistently proven themselves as an act worthy of attention. Combining some great production with a cool knack for arrangements, Milwaukee Banks are only getting better. Their latest tune, “Faded”, is another example of this talent and what we can be getting excited for when it comes to their debut album.

The music video, as described by Milwaukee Banks, lines up with the song’s narrative of toeing the line between euphoria and depression:

“A dark insight into over drinking and it taking you to a place somewhere between euphoria and depression. Being aware of where you are at, but ignoring the voice in your head that says ‘stop, this is too far’. Not being able to see the person you have become because you’re on the inside looking out.”

A great tune – check it out below!
