Methyl Ethel have continued to spread their music to more and more crowds around the world, most recently bringing the sounds to the UK as part of The Great Escape. Their debut album Oh Inhuman Spectacle showcased the Perth group as a talented band of musicians as well as been fiercely equipped with the skills to pen more than one-hit and in particular, “Twilight Driving” stood out as one such example.
It’s one of those songs that has worked its way into your head before you’ve realised you’ve even absorbed it completely. A soundtrack for many a summer, we think, “Twilight Driving” was easily one of the best cuts from Oh Inhuman Spectacle (of which there were definitely a few). To celebrate the global release of the album, Methyl Ethel have released the official video for the single – well worth a watch today!
