Music Video of the Day: Jack Cheshire Band “Visitations” (2016)

We’ve just cottoned on to the Jack Cheshire Band over the last few weeks, in particular, new single “Visitations”. It led us to their 2013 album Long Mind Hotel before landing on this year’s Black Light Theatre. With hints of Grizzly Bear and Television filtering through their psych-folk sounds, the band, led by Somerset songwriter Cheshire, impressed quite quickly.

The music video for “Visitations” is also a new one that caught our eye this week, directed by David Sagberg and Mira Leow. Shot between London and Vienna, the richness of the song’s melodies are matched in the hues and structure of the music video itself. Check it out!
