Fresh off the back of supporting Taylor Swift at a humbly sold-out Wembley Stadium and now joining Sam Fender on his upcoming Australian run, Holly Humberstone is heading back our way for a string of intimate headline shows this November for the first time since her sold-out debut tour in 2023.
9th October update – Fremantle show added (27th November)
Humberstone’s sound is quietly anthemic, breaking through in 2020 with her EP Falling Asleep At The Wheel. Since then, she’s built a cult following with her haunting lyricism and gentle honesty. Her 2023 debut album, Paint My Bedroom Black, delivered surreal pop at scale. It earned her praise from Pitchfork, “a thrillingly intimate document of loneliness”, Rolling Stone, NME and The Guardian, and saw her playing some of the world’s biggest stages, from Glastonbury to a global run with Olivia Rodrigo.
She’s since released her Work In Progress EP, joined forces with Bombay Bicycle Club and been in writing rooms with the likes of the 1975’s Matty Healy, all the while garnering over 260 million streams. Tracks like “Antichrist”, “Haunted House” and “London Is Lonely” are now part of the suite of songs that speak directly to the chaos of your early 20s.
If you want to have a listen in before the live run start with:
- “Scarlett”
- “Dive”
- “Friendly Fire” (ft. Bombay Bicycle Club)
Artist + Secret Sounds presale is on today, Friday 15 August, 11am – Monday 18 August, 10am local time, with general tickets go on sale Monday 18 August, 11am local time.
