Here’s what you’ll be eating at FOMO Festival this weekend

Heading to FOMO Festival in Sydney or Melbourne this weekend? Well, this is just a reminder to enter on an empty stomach because both legs have a very tempting food line-up planned alongside live music from the likes of Nicki Minaj, Rae Sremmurd, Kali Uchis, Mura Masa and more. Like all boutique festivals nowadays, the standard of local food has been pushed high with everything from staples like burgers and fried chicken to halal snack packs and Philly cheesesteaks.

In addition to the food, the festival will have their very own beer, FOMO Froth, for sale in custom made tinnies. Every tin sold at the festival will mean 50 cent for important social initiatives like Heaps Decent and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.

Now for the food. First up will be Sydney on Saturday 12th January at Parramatta Park. Those heading along can expect fried chicken from Butter, burgers and wraps from Rolling Schnitzel, burgers from (one of the absolute greatest joints in Sydney) Superior Burger, Halal Snack Packs from Mr HSP, Mexican from El Taco Loco, and German inspired wursts from Berlin Bangers. If that’s not enough variety for you, there’s more – see below.

Then it’s Melbourne turn. Sunday 13th January at Flemington Racecourse will be framed by plenty of food stalls like Honey Dee Loukoumades with their Greek street food, Nem ‘N Nem with Vietnamese eats, Royal Stacks with their juicy AF burgers, 400 Gradi with some of the city’s best pizza, Burn City Smokers with smoky meats, Sparrow’s Philly Cheesesteaks with…well, guess. And of course, a few more.
