Six tracks we can’t wait to hear live at Beyond The Valley this Summer

2025 marks ten wonderfully wild years of Beyond The Valley, and its showing no signs of slowing down.

Once again, it’ll be taking over the beautiful Barunah Plains on Wadawurrung Country from 28 December – 1 January. This year’s lineup may be one of the most genre-bending yet, with headliners Dom Dolla, Addison Rae, Kid Cudi and Turnstile all locked in to keep the vibes alive well into the New Year. While we wait for the timetable to come out, here are ten tracks we can’t wait to hear live on the BTV stage.

Dom Dolla- “Forever” ft. Kid Cudi, “Messy” (Remix)

One thing we do know is that Dom Dolla will be the one bringing us into 2026. The homegrown house king has been unstoppable this year, dropping anthem after anthem, including a collab with fellow headliner Kid Cudi on “Forever”. Will we see them jump onstage together at BTV? Stranger things have happened on New Year’s Eve. His recent live performances have seen him drop a remix of Lola Young’s “Messy”, and while it may not be as much of a hot topic at the moment, experiencing this one live would be lots of fun, but we’re also open to any other remixes he might choose to surprise us with!

Addison Rae- “Money is Everything”, “High Fashion”

One of the most surprising names on the bill is Addison Rae. After announcing her debut Aussie tour for November, playing a handful of intimate shows, fans were left wondering why she wasn’t tackling bigger venues. Well, here’s the answer: she’s back almost immediately for BTV. Whether you’ve got tickets to both or you’re saving your energy for her festival set, one thing’s certain- her glittery, bubblegum pop tracks are going to absolutely pop off against the summery backdrop of Beyond The Valley. We know the hits are a given, especially at a festival, but after listening to her debut record Addison on repeat for months, I’m crossing my fingers and toes for “Money is Everything” and “High Fashion”, as well.

Kid Cudi- “Grave”, “Neverland”

Then there’s Kid Cudi, making his long-awaited return to Australia for the first time in over a decade. Fans have been begging for this moment, and the timing couldn’t be better, with his brand new record Free having just come out on August 22nd, receiving glowing reviews from fans and critics alike. With “Grave” and “Neverland” racking up the streams, there’s little doubt that these tracks will form part of his set, along with his iconic earlier hits.

Turnstile- “Never Enough”, “Holiday”

Now, the wild card: Turnstile. The Baltimore rockers were long rumoured for Good Things Festival, but instead they’re hitting Barunah Plains with their fresh 2025 album Never Enough. At first, I wasn’t sure how their hardcore-meets-summery-rock vibe would fit at BTV- but actually, the thought of moshing to Turnstile in the golden Aussie sunset feels kind of perfect. I would personally be totally fine with them doing a full album play through of their entire discography, but if I had to narrow it down to two that will go off with a bang at BTV, it’s definitely got to be 2025’s “Never Enough”, from the album of the same name,  and 2021’s “Holiday” from their record Glow On.

Temper Trap- “Sweet Disposition”

Placing at 11 in Triple J’s recent Hottest 100 of Australian songs, it would be rude to exclude this titan of a song. Add in the summer warmth, a beautiful outdoor setting and thousands of Aussies singing along and you’ve got yourself the perfect summer moment.

Mallrat- “Pavement”

Australia’s own Mallrat released her sophomore record, Light hit my face like a straight right, earlier this year and has been turning heads with her refreshing sound. In 2019, she scored number 3 on Triple J’s Hottest 100 with her hit single “Charlie”, but it’s 2025’s “Pavement” that I personally can’t wait to hear this year!

The rest of the lineup is equally stacked: Spacey Jane, Luude, and, in a truly nostalgic twist, the one and only JoJo – yes, the early-2000s pop queen and star of one of my personal favourite cinematic masterpieces: Aquamarine.

With such a mix of homegrown heroes and international heavyweights, Beyond The Valley’s 10th birthday is shaping up to be one hell of a party and so it’s no surprise that it has now officially SOLD OUT!
