Exclusive Single Premiere: Pretty City “Don’t You Remember Me My Love” (2017)

One of those bands we counted ourselves so lucky to have seen in 2016, Pretty City, have come back on to our radars with a brand new single in “Don’t You Remember Me My Love”. The psych rockers are about to head out on a tour of North America, so it’s fitting that this is the type of track they drop as a bit of a champagne-bottle-against-a-ship gesture. It’s an exciting effort from the group and indicative of where they’re heading over the next few months.

The riffs, the melody, the oddly hypnotic nature of that constant ‘Don’t you remember…’ throughout – this one will be stuck in your head. As a cut from Pretty City’s forthcoming sophomore album, “Don’t You Remember Me My Love” has us hooked.

Catch Pretty City launching “Don’t You Remember Me My Love” at the Northcote Social Club in Melbourne on February 17th, supported by Ben Wright Smith and Ruby Jones. Tickets are $12, available here.
