600+ artists. 40 venues. These are the kinds of numbers getting crunched for this year’s Darebin Music Feast scattered through the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Yes, you read that correctly – over 11 huge days Darebin will be alive and brimming with activity ranging from industry panels, family workshops, live discussions, dance parties, interactive installations and more. Lighting up the streets and filling every café, bar and market with a rich diversity of culture and music, Darebin will once again transform into the home of one of Melbourne’s most loved music festivals of the year.
The appropriately named ‘feast’ will this year expand to its most generous program yet, offering so much good stuff it will mark itself as the biggest music celebration in the region’s history. Ever. That is huge, and you’d be silly not to get amongst it. Wondering what’s actually going to be happening over the 11 days?
