D’Angelo set for Sydney Opera House show in March!

Easily one of the must-see artists of Bluesfest 2016, D’Angelo has now locked down a Sydney Opera House headline show for March that will be an unmissable event. With The Vanguard, D’Angelo will bring acclaimed record Black Messiah to the Concert Hall – an album that was long awaited and hell, did it live up to expectations.

As Ben Marshall (Head of Contemporary Music at the Opera House) mentions, “We’ve been on tenterhooks for a number of years to see if we could welcome this uncompromising artist to the Concert Hall stage so it’s a rare and genuine honour to finally host the brilliance and charismatic presence of D’Angelo.”

Tickets for D’Angelo’s Sydney show on March 21st are on sale from 9am, December 11th through the Sydney Opera House website.
