It’s only been a week since its release, but Central Cee is already taking CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS on the road. True to its name, the record was a long time coming—and the UK rapper is celebrating with a humble 39-date world tour, hitting Europe, North America, and making it down to Australia in June/July.
Big numbers are nothing new for Central Cee. Over the last few years, he’s been pushing UK rap further into the global spotlight, blending drill with sharp, tongue-in-cheek storytelling. From Wild West to 23, his mixtapes set the foundation, but CAN’T RUSH GREATNESS marks an evolution. The record has already dominated with the biggest streaming day ever for a UK rapper, debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard charts, and earned him three Brit Award nominations—including Best UK Artist and Best Song for “Band4Band.” Bringing in heavyweight features like 21 Savage on “GBP”, Central Cee keeps his signature style front and centre across all 12 tracks.
Presented by Triple J, the tour kicks off in Auckland on 20 June before heading to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. It wraps up a massive run, which includes major venues like The O2 in London, Hollywood Palladium in LA, and Terminal 5 in New York.
Tickets are on sale now for Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Perth tickets are up for grabs from February 5.
