Australia's The Morning After Girls and Sparkadia join FILTER Magazine's Culture Collide lineup in Los Angeles

FILTER Magazine is enhancing its already-robust, second annual Culture Collide Festival lineup with even more international talent. The newly confirmed acts are scheduled to perform in Los Angeles, CA, October 6 – 9, 2011, and include:

These artists will be performing alongside the previously announced line-up of CSS, Lindstrøm, Gang Gang Dance, Liam Finn, Datarock, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, Ximina Sarinana, Isobel Campbell, and many other bands from 23 participating countries.

A limited number of festival wristbands, providing access to all Culture Collide showcases, are available now for $20 and can be purchased at TicketWeb.com. Festival attendees will not only experience full-band live performances, but also film screenings, happy hours featuring free food and drink from around the world, and intimate acoustic sets at a variety of venues.

The Culture Collide Festival will take place at eight of Los Angeles’ historic venues including The Echo, Echoplex, Taix, 826LA, Swinghouse Studios, The Church, Reform Academy and Stories Books & Cafe. The festival will once again conclude with the TOYOTA ANTICS Block Party, a free all-day event in Echo Park on Sunday, October 9th.
