PARKWAY DRIVE

Parkway Drive today release the special deluxe edition of their album Ire, including new single “Devil’s Calling” (as well as brand new tune “Into The Dark), and a remixed version of “A Deathless Song” (featuring Tonight Alive’s Jenna McDougall). The deluxe version of the band’s ARIA Gold certified, fifth album is available now via Resist Richards on all digital formats.

OMAR MUSA 

Rapper, poet and wordsmith Omar Musa has recently been signed to Big Village Records and has followed up the good news with another announcement – his new EP, Dead Centre, is out on August 5th! The artist linked up with Poncho from Thundamentals on production, as well as Joelistics, with the aim of ‘bringing political rap to the forefront of Australian hip-hop’.

BEACH SLANG

Beach Slang are set to play Splendour in the Grass this month, showcasing material no doubt from their new as-yet unreleased album, A Loud Bash of Teenage Feelings, out September 23rd. The band is still buzzing off the release of their 2015 album, The Thing We Do To Find People Who Feel Like Us, and have continued the momentum with this sophomore album, released through Caroline Australia.

AGNES OBEL

The new album from Agnes Obel, Citizen of Glass, is available to purchase from October 21st, released via Play It Again Sam (PIAS)! The album follows on from Obel’s breakthrough record Aventine, that made her a huge name across all the major markets. Citizen of Glass was recorded, mixed and produced by Obel at Aventine-Neukölln as well as BrandNewMusic-Studios in Berlin. It’ll be available for purchase via download and on CD.

DJ SNAKE

DJ Snake’s debut album Encore is set to be released come August 5th and is available for pre-order now! The Grammy nominated French producer has already been pulling in props from the likes of Zane Lowe and other radio heads across the globe, with singles including “Middle”, “Ocho Cinco” and of course, his collaboration with Major Lazer and MØ on “Lean On” being a smash hit. The album is set to be released via Interscope Records and you can pre-order it HERE.

JULIA JACKLIN
