Turns out Darksiders 3 is happening after all

A leaked listing posted to Amazon has revealed the existence, long-rumoured but never confirmed, of Darksiders 3.

The listing decrees that the game will launch December 31, 2018 on PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC though we’re fairly certain that’s a placeholder launch date.

The game stars Fury, a whip-toting mage who is out to bring down the Seven Deadly Sins. Darksiders 3 is being developed by Gunfire Games, which is a studio comprised of the same developers who created the original Darksiders, developers whose studio was dissolved in THQ’s spectacular implosion a few years ago.

More as it develops.
