Hanzo mains rejoice, you can now troll people in two games

Everyone’s favourite Overwatch troll pick, archer Hanzo Shimada, is about to be make his debut in Blizzard’s hero brawler/MOBA title Heroes of the Storm.

Built for either long-range damage or scouting ahead for his team, Hanzo has been a staple in Overwatch since Day One. His jump to the Nexus puts him in similar territory as the last Overwatch hero to make the jump to HotS, Ana.

According to the press release, Hanzo will bring his Dragonstrike ultimate move with him, and anew move called Dragon’s Arrow that will allow a sniping attack with global range, similar to a move in Ana’s HotS kit.

He’s also bringing his Sonic Arrow over from the shooter to allow him to see into areas of the map not yet accessible on foot. The trait Natural Agility also lets him leap about rough terrain, increasing his value as a scout.

Otherwise, announcements for HotS made at BlizzCon 2017 are starting to filter through to the game. Stealth has been rebalanced, the camera angle has been tweaked slightly, the early game has seen a bunch of changes to make it feel more impactful (all of which you can read about here), Mercernary Camps have seen a tweaking and so have Support Characters.

Information on all of these changes is available over at the Blizzard Blog.
