E3 2018: Resident Evil 2 is getting the remaster treatment

Resident Evil has come back into the limelight with the recent success of Resident Evil VII, it only feels natural that one of the high points of the franchise would be getting remastered. And boy does it look good.

Return to Racoon City with Leon and Claire, as the T-Virus once again threatens to wipe out the entire town. As most of the footage is cinematic, small sections of what seems to gameplay footage indicate this will be another third person outing. You can check it out for yourself in the trailer below:

You can expect to return to Raccoon City at your own risk 25 January, 2019.
