Madchester legends Happy Mondays return celebrating 35 years of Pills ‘N’ Thrills And Bellyaches across Australia.
Led by the ever-unpredictable Shaun Ryder and charismatic dancing percussionist Bez, Happy Mondays will deliver a career-spanning set packed with era-defining hits including Step On, Kinky Afro, Loose Fit and tracks that helped define the sound and attitude of late-’80s and early-’90s British youth culture.
Emerging from Manchester’s legendary Hacienda scene, Happy Mondays fused indie rock, funk, psychedelia and dance music into a loose-limbed, street-wise groove that reshaped the UK charts and paved the way for Britpop and beyond.
