Lenny Kravitz kicked off his Blue Electric Light Australian Tour in style to a packed out Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena.
Opening with “Bring It On” Lenny exploded onto stage with a groove-heavy blast that set the tone for the night. Backed by his incredibly tight band consisting of Craig Ross his long-time lead guitarist, Hoonch ‘The Wolf’ Choi on bass and Jas Kayser on drums delivering timeless rock and roll hits including “Always On The Run”, It Ain’t Over ‘Til It’s Over”, Fly Away”, “Are You Gonna Go My Way” and the encore “Let Love Rule”.
Supported superbly by local rock and roll legends Jet playing their classics “Are You Gonna Be My Girl”, “Roll Over DJ” and a cover of AC/DC’s “It’s a Long Way to the Top”.
