Brisbane’s home of the heavy is set to become the home of the heavy hitters, with Crowbar playing host to Red Castle Entertainment‘s Viva BrisVegas next weekend.
Viva BrisVegas is the latest show from the Brisbane wrestling promotion, following on from their collaboration with New Japan Pro Wrestling‘s Oceania branch, Tamashii, back in February. This time around, the Red Castle team are raising the stakes even higher, introducing their first ever title belts.
Battling it out for the inagural Red Castle Entertainment Championship will be the self-styled saviour of Queensland, Jab, and “The Liability” Logan Pearce. The Red Castle Entertainment Tag Team Championship will also be contested for the first time, with Transendent Z and Piracy setting their eyes firmly on the prize.
The first ever Softcore Championship will also be on the line, decided by an elimination match featuring Charlie D, Blackheart, Shinji, Freak (w/Goblin), and Dink – who will also be pulling double duty as host alongside Red Castle’s Scarlet Lee.
We’ll also see the Red Castle debut of the Queen of Queensland Wrestling, Tessa Armstrong, who will face off against returning Melbourne wrestler, Tarlee, as well as a no doubt brutal match-up between local legend “Infinite” EC Diamond and The Bastard Brothers‘ Gore.

Red Castle Entertainment has also promised us a few surprises along the way, alongside performances from JD and the Jabronis, the new wrestling themed band from Regular Gonzales’ Jesse Nikolic.
Viva Brisvegas takes place at Crowbar Brisbane on Saturday April 19th, and is strictly 18+. General admission tickets are on sale now through Oztix.
