THE WAIFS

Live Review: The Waifs - Perth Concert Hall (15.09.15)

Perth Concert Hall, normally home to the likes of Schubert and Beethoven, was transformed into Perth’s largest and grandest folk club on Tuesday night for the return of hometown favourites The Waifs as they continued the West Coast leg of their national tour in support of new record Beautiful You. Album Review: The Best of Blues and Roots (2012 Double LP)

There are a couple of ways to judge a compilation album: firstly, by consistency and overall flavour of the album; or secondly, by the sheer breadth and quality of the song selection that the album covers.
