2012 will see another huge line up of Australian talent headed for the USA and Canada The Aussie BBQ turns 10 years young, celebrates with shows in LA, Austin as part of SXSW, Toronto as part of Canadian Music Week and New York this March.

The Aussie BBQ has come along away since the inaugural event at Emos Annex in 2003 that featured 8 of the 9 Australian acts invited to play the South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Conference.

At the beginning of 2011, Lanie won a slot on the Sydney Big Day Our line up thanks to Triple J's Unearthed Competition discovering her song, "What Do I Do."

One of the world's top ten music festivals revealed their first round of artists this week! The Port Fairy Folk Festival for 2012 will mark their 35th year, and have got a legendary line-up to celebrate.

For folks residing in or near Sydney, Lanie Lane will be making a special in-store appearance at Red Eye Records in the city on Monday 17th of October at 5pm. Lanie will play an acoustic set then host a little signing session where fans will have the opportunity to buy the new record on CD or limited edition vinyl and have it personally autographed by Lanie.
