New Jersey alt-rockers Bobby Mahoney release head-banging new single “We Go On”

The fine state of New Jersey has once again blessed the international airwaves with its brand of homegrown rock & roll goodness. With Jersey rockers Bobby Mahoney releasing their second single “We Go On” from upcoming album Another Deadbeat Summer coming June 14th, they prove first single “Empty Passenger Seat” was no fluke.

“We Go On” is rock and roll at its simple, head-banging, pub choir best. With Gibson SG’s turned to 11 Bobby Mahoney deliver a track filled with no bullshit, punch-in-the-mouth rock and roll guitar riffs and an endlessly catchy punk chorus. The song muses on life, death and creating immortality out of the good we do with the time we have.

Bobby Mahoney the lead singer, songwriter, guitarist and band’s namesake had this to say:

“Like our favorite songs, I believe the impact of our brief time on this planet will echo long after we are gone, but that we owe it to ourselves and the world to leave as many positive echoes as possible, while enjoying and making the most of our own time here before we move onto whatever comes next. Like your favorite song, we go on.”

Following in the footsteps of fellow garden state superstars Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi, even landing themselves on E-Street counterpart and music legend Steven Van Zandt’s Wicked Cool Records, Bobby Mahoney are holding their own amongst east coast hit making royalty. Jump in before they take off.
