Music Video of the Day: SAFIA "Embrace Me" (2015)

Releasing a new film clip today is yet another act we're pumped to check out at Splendour this weekend, SAFIA. The Canberra boys have dropped the official music video for "Embrace Me" today - taking viewers to an Amish setting where we've got a classic story of a couple of star-crossed lovers who find each other to the soundtrack of Ben Woolner-Kirkham's soul drenched vocals and the rich, swelling nature of their electronic production.

"Embrace Me" comes as a contrast to the trio's previous track "Counting Sheep", a light companion to the darker, thumping bass SAFIA played with on the latter. It's shown once again how the band is easily comfortable playing with different sounds and boldly taking their music down more than one path.

Check out the music video for "Embrace Me" below!

SAFIA are continuing to sell out shows on their upcoming Australian tour this August and September - be sure to catch the boys when you can, they're taking a short break after Splendour to continue working on new material and these shows will be fans' last chance to see them play for 2015.
