

Australia has certainly copped a heap with the recent Cyclone Yasi and floods in Queensland and Victoria. The aftermath impacted a multitude of lives; homes and towns - completely washed away. However, one thing remained - the Australian spirit! People from all over the nation have reached out to the those who have been affectd by the havoc.
The amazing voices of Bianca Meier and Nikki Thorburn opened up a beautiful evening at the Raval to mark the Sydney return of East Coast singer Israel Cannan. Lachlan Mitchell brings us the photos:
I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to witness Israel Cannan for the second time on Thursday night in Sydney. Once again I was simply amazed at the raw talent this artist exudes.
Kicking off the night was Bianca Meier who I unfortunately only glimpsed for her last song of the night. Her vocals to song "Bad Things" however, were hauntingly beautiful and I was quite disappointed that I had missed out on her set.

Supporting the magnificent one-man-band Mr. Percival, The Little Stevies played an intimate gig at Sydney's Raval on Friday night to celebrate the launch of their new single and to play tracks off their forthcoming album Attention Shoppers.
The very quaint and intimate Raval was the perfect venue for an evening of acoustic tunes.
