After selling out both Melbourne and Sydney shows the Frontier Touring Company announces two extra shows added to The Script’s April 2011 Australian tour.

 

Demand for tickets was high and fans that missed out will now have the chance to see The Script in Melbourne at Festival Hall on Tuesday 5th April and in Sydney at Hordern Pavilion on Saturday 9th April.

 

Science & Faith is still riding high in the Top 20 after reaching the #2 spot and following its #3 ARIA album chart debut. The single ‘For The First Time’ was released in August this year and has become the band’s first number one single, debuting at #1 on the Irish Singles Chart and reaching #12 on the ARIA charts.

 

The Script’s live show has all the emotion and passion you would expect from the Irish rockers; it is music for the feet, heart and head that is universal in its epic addictiveness. Of their live appeal guitarist Mark Sheehan says: "There is something about the way a voice encapsulates a person. The way Danny sings, the raw emotion, when you hear it in front of you, you cannot deny the power."

 

As we know from their previous visit, “Australians are absolutely obsessed with The Script” (Take40.com.au) and this national tour is sure to be no different.

 

The tour will take them to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in their largest tour of Australia to date. Get your tickets before they sell out again!
