The AMP announces a special public shortlist gig at the Annandale on March 2nd - AMP Alive

The Australian Music Prize (AMP) recently announced the nine shortlisted acts in the running for the $30,000 prize money courtesy of principal partner PPCA. To celebrate, The AMP is having a party and everyone is invited! Featuring several of the shortlisted acts including RICHARD IN YOUR MIND, PIKELET and Red Bull Award winners THE HOLIDAYS, ‘AMP Alive’ will take place on Wednesday, March 2nd at the Annandale Hotel.

Limited tickets will be available for purchase from The Annandale Hotel.
Also, media partners will be handing free tickets through competitions in Drum Media, Rolling Stone, The Music Network as well as every night nationally on the Nova Network and online at Channel [V]. Keep an eye out for details on how to win.

‘AMP Alive’ precedes the announcement of the 2010 winner on March 3rd. Other shortlisted acts include CLOUD CONTROL, DAN KELLY, SALLY SELTMANN, GARETH LIDDIARD, EDDY CURRENT SUPPRESSION RING and TAME IMPALA joining RICHARD IN YOUR MIND, PIKELET and THE HOLIDAYS.
