After premiering their uber-hot DEX N FX set across sold out club shows in April this year, the FREESTYLERS, aka Aston Harvey and Matt Cantor, are back this New Years, armed with more goodies in their bag than Santa on Christmas Eve. Bursting back into clubs and on to airwaves alike in early 2010 with their Past Present & Future EP, this chameleon-like duo are set to drop Say Yes (released Dec 13), and in the process tip their hats to dubstep with rolling breakbeats and party basslines. Watch out closely for the rave-a-licious old skool mix that ha the likes of Skream, Rico Tubbs and AC Slater all saying yes… It’ll make you wanna party like its 199….2!!!

Joining the Freestylers on NY party-starting duties will be FREQ NASTY, father of the ragga-breaks movement who was also credited for merging the UK breakbeat and garage scenes in the 90s via seminal hits Goose and Amped. After a 3 year absence, this famed co-producer of Santigold and M.I.A. and the 2008’s critically acclaimed Fabric Live 42 is coming back to Oz, bigger and better than ever before. Expect nothing less than bass-heavy goodness combining everything from dubstep and d’n’b to jungle, reggae and breakbeat. We can’t think of a better way to work off that Christmas turkey!
