It is no secret that Ernest Ellis recorded enough tracks to make three albums during the ‘Hunting’ sessions earlier this year. Instead of archiving this embarrassment of riches, Ernest Ellis wishes to give away some of b-sides that just couldn’t fit on‘Hunting’ to all lovely mailing list subscribers.
These b-sides have been locked away in hard drives for much too long, and so on the 23rd of every month, for the next six months, a previously unreleased mp3 will be sent directly to subscriber’s inboxes. There will be artwork for every track as well as some exclusive footage from the recording sessions, and possible a few more bits and bobs that wouldn’t have previously had a life beyond a storage unit.

The first track will be sent out just before Ernest Ellis hits the road with fellow Sydney lads Parades. Their co-headline tour will take both bands throughout the country, from Gold Coast to Perth, stopping at all major cities along the way. They are grabbing a bunch of local acts along the way to help the tour along and will be swapping the headline slot each night, so make sure you get there early.
