Rumble and Run is a band that shares a ridiculous amount of experience for a trio. Martin Cilia on guitar is also a member of legendary Australian surf band The Atlantics. Lloyd G on drums is a noted Sydney drummer who has backed many greats, including Lionel Ritchie, and is making his first foray in vocals. Lastly, Mike Berry, an English bass player with years of playing under his belt.
They appeared at The Bridge to play a few of Martin's original surf tunes, along with some classic roots and rock music. Songs included "Blueberry Hill" (a crowd favourite), "Man of Constant Sorrow", "Bombora" & "Be Bop A Lula". The absence of a rhythm guitarist or backing vocals weren't even noticed.
Apart from a group of obnoxious drunk people variously dancing, then heckling, the band, the almost capacity crowd really enjoyed it.
