SOMETHING FOR KATE PREVIEW SHOWS SELL OUT, ‘DRESS REHEARSAL’ GIG ANNOUNCED

Absence does indeed make the heart grow fonder, it seems. Something For Kate’s special album preview shows selling have sold out in MINUTES, prompting the band to add one more show to their list. The ‘dress rehearsal’ show, also known as a warm up show, has been scheduled for August 18, at the Karova Lounge in Ballarat. “Survival Expert”, the band’s first single to be released from their forthcoming album, Leave Your Soul To Science, has already gone down incredibly well with the fans who’ve been waiting for so long for the band to get back in the studio and work on their next album.

LOON LAKE ADD THIRD MELBOURNE SHOW TO EP TOUR

After performing to a sold out crowd in Adelaide, Melbourne’s Loon Lake have announced a THIRD show in their hometown, as part of their Thirty Three EP tour. Loon Lake’s show at the Northcote Social Club sold out so quickly that they announced a second one for the Ding Dong Lounge, but now, as they’re proving to sell fast as well, the band is now scheduled to take to the Ding Dong stage once more.
