Presidents of the United States of America announce support bands and special VIP tickets!

Touring next month Presidents of the United States of America have announced Hey Geronimo for their Australian tour when they place across the country kicking off in Brisbane on Friday 8 March. And for the mega fan there are limited VIP style tickets for each show where you can meet the Presidents and a bunch of swag to take home. Don't fret if you've already brought your tickets as they can be upgraded. Phew!

Loon Lake's one off show sells out in Melbourne

If you haven't got a ticket to Loon Lake at the Corner Hotel on Friday March 1 you'll be waiting a while. It's there last show before they head off to that special place bands go to record their debut album. They're bringing along Split Seconds and Eagle and the Worm. So it should be quite the party. Provided you have a ticket.


Katatonia announced as support for Opeth!

The Swedish metal legends Katatonia will be joining Opeth for their four shows in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane. With 40 years of recording and playing live between them fans are in for a metal treat.

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds joined by special guests for upcoming shows!

The Melbourne and Queensland Symphony Orchestras will be joining Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds for their local shows while a special 12 piece choir will accompany the band for the Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne shows. They have also announced the support of USA artist Mark Lanegan for all shows except their three night stint at the Sydney Opera House.

Over here for the Groovin' the Moo Festival, They Might Be Giants have put a second show at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne on Friday 3 May after their first sold out pretty quickly. You know them, you love them. Now you can go see them, but be quick!

LA punkers the Bronx are returning to Australia with a new album in tow, playing the Groove in the Moo festival and plenty of sideshows which if you're not fast you'll be hoping they return soon. They'll be joined by the DZ Deathrays for nights of fast paced, loud fun.


William Elliott Whitmore confirms support for Bluesfest sideshows!

Fresh from the banks of the Mississippi river William Elliott Whitmore has confirmed Lincoln Le Fevre will support all his shows around the country with a couple of special guests along the way. He'll head to Fremantle, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney before his shows in Bryon Bay as part of the Easter weekend Bluesfest.
