The Cairos announce August tour off the back of EP Summer Catalogue

This August, The Cairos are hitting the road for one last hurrah off the back of their EP Summer Catalogue before they head back to the studio to put down their third offering. With a whirlwind year of touring in the bag, you can ensure that their infectious party tunes are going to go down a treat on their upcoming national tour.

It may have seemed that the summer wasn’t going to end for this Brisbane band. With a slew of offers to join some of the country’s finest on stage, including Powderfinger and more recently, Birds of Tokyo, honing their live show quickly became a priority.

Combined with their touring presence, heads were turned when the lead single from their sophomore release Listening Party garnered rotation on national broadcaster, triple j. The Cairos are no one trick pony however. This upcoming run of shows presents the perfect opportunity to debut new material and will be their last headline lap around the country.

The original goal of the Summer Catalogue was to get us through the balmy months. Now that we are well into the cooler part of the year, the time has time has come for one party to end, and the next to begin.
