Successful applicants for The Seed Fund announced!

The Seed Fund has announced its successful applicants for 2015, including some of the country's best and talented industry professionals. Helmed by John Butler and Danielle Caruana (Mama Kin), The Seed Fund has been offering a range of initiatives to artists and managers for 11 years now, aiding the successful applicants in becoming self-sustainable professionals within the industry. The group chosen to partake in the management workshop this year, as well as song recording and production services and benefit from The Seed Fund's fostering of professional management wages come from all around the country and represent an exciting crop of music industry individuals from varied genres.

The Seed Fund also has launched its first ever Pozible campaign - closing October 14th - with the funds raised going towards The Seed's partnership with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre Music Group and Bush Bands Business, an initiative that sends industry individuals to Alice Springs to mentor emerging musicians in remote communities. For more information about the Pozible campaign, hit up http://www.pozible.com/project/198834 - with 67% of its target reached, there are still plenty of great contributions and offers to claim.

The Athanaeum Theatre in Melbourne will also host an inaugural fundraising event to help raise some money, hosted by Zan Rowe and featuring Missy Higgins, San Cisco, Emma Louise, Paul Kelly and John Butler. Grab the last remaining tickets via www.ticketek.com.au.

Congratulations to those successful applicants!
