Run The Jewels and Joey Badass to play double-bill Falls Festival sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne

Following their performances over the NYE period at Falls Festival both Run The Jewels and Joey Bada$$ will bring their explosive live shows to both Sydney and Melbourne for two double-bill shows that are not to be missed. Both acts have inspired such a devoted following among hip hop fans worldwide that this is something which is pretty much guaranteed satisfaction.

Sydney will be the first city to host this explosive line-up on Wednesday 7th January at The Hi-Fi. The following day will be Melbourne's turn as RTJ and Joey head to The Forum on Thursday 8th January. Tickets for both shows will go on sale at 10am Thursday October 2nd.

My Live Nation & Niche Productions members can secure tickets first during the exclusive pre-sale beginning 10am Wednesday Oct 1st.

With Joey Bada$$ quickly establishing himself as one of the brightest rappers to emerge from the scene in the past few years, his performances around the globe have been highly praised as fans continue to cite him as a true emcee. He is currently working on completing his debut studio album B4.Da.$$ for a 2014 release date.

Southern hip-hop veteran Killer Mike and lauded rapper-producer El-P have proven to be one of the most exciting, unlikely hip-hop duos since they began making music together in 2012. El-P's touches on Killer's R.A.P Music worked so incredibly well that high demand gave them no choice but to form Run The Jewels. The pair have been delivering powerful performances ever since, with an example being their Australian tour earlier this year for Laneway Festival. Their sophomore album RTJ2 will be out October 27th of this year through Nas' new Mass Appeal Records. Speaking to HipHopDX, Killer Mike confidently beamed about the upcoming album: "We are knocking these mothafuckers in the face. October twenty-seventh, you’ll see.”"
