Jordie Lane is only a few short weeks away from hitting the road to showcase his brand new album ‘Blood Thinner’ to Aussie audiences, with over 20 shows across our great big land across July/August. To keep him company along the way, Jordie is bringing with him singer/songwriter, Mike Noga.
Renowned as the drummer for Australia’s much-loved and critically lauded band, The Drones, Mike is also a singer/songwriter in his own right, having released and toured his sophomore album ‘The Balladeer Hunter’ earlier this year, to rave reviews. Not only will Mike take up the support spot on the tour, but to make full use of his talents, he will also play drums in Jordie’s band.
Co-produced and mixed by multi Grammy Award winner Tom Biller, (Beck, Kanye West, Karon O), and mastered by Grammy Award winner Reuben Cohen at Lurssen Mastering, Hollywood, Blood Thinner is a record that travels across landscapes with gospel choirs, near-techno beats, campfire folk songs, bluegrass and West-coast country.
