Jesse Davidson Sydney showcase

Adelaides very own 16-year-old Jesse Davidson was one of the Triple J Unearthed High Competition finalists, and now he’s heading to Sydney for a free show.

Jesse Davidson is a beautiful mix between Bon Iver, Matt Corby and something new and exciting. I was lucky enough to see his first live show, and it’s something you don’t want to miss.

Canberra’s dance music community fundraiser

Canberra’s dance music community is coming together to raise money for the Azzopardi family. Josh Azzopardi passed away last week, and his family has also been battling other long-term illness for several years. Josh worked under the name ‘City Kid Music’ who created dance music parties in Canberra.

All the money raised at the benefit will be going to the family to support them in this unfortunate time.

Lachlan Bryan’s Retreat Residency

Hailing from Melbourne, Lachlan Bryan has spent most of 2012 in America or on the road in New South Wales and Queensland. Now it’s time for Lachlan to spend some quality time back home. With the exception of the 23rd of January due to the Tamworth CMF, Lachlan will be performing every other Wednesday in January, starting for the 2nd at the Retreat Hotel. He’ll be singing old songs, trying out new ones and will even be telling some stories!

There will be a different guest each week, including Sean McMahon, Bill Jackson, Ange Boxall and Tobias Hengeveld.
