H.M.A.S. Vendetta

On ANZAC Day Wednesday 25th April H.M.A.S. Vendetta will debut their Operatic Rock Epic entitled “The Anzac Spirit – Australians in the Great War” in a matinee performance at The Evelyn, 351 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.

The show will be in two parts: “Gallipoli” and “The Western Front”. H.M.A.S. Vendetta have a unique sound with electric violin, cello, piano, organ and semi-operatic vocals added to the driving rock rhythm section of bass guitar and drums. Complete with visuals, costumes and theatrics this unique rock show will take the audience back to relive a crucial time in history and meet the heroes of their age, the Anzacs.

Doors will open at 2pm. Entry $12. Part of proceeds will be donated to Legacy. Lest We Forget.

Lou Sanz (Sydney Comedy Festival)

After a sold out season at the Sydney Comedy Festival, Melbourne-based writer, blog-aficionado and comedian, Lou Sanz returns with ‘Neverending Storage’; her most punchy, entertaining and sophisticated work to date.

Sydney band, Jubilants have been receiving quite a buzz in a short amount of time. They will be officially releasing their latest track 'Spain' at FBI Social, Kings Cross Hotel on Saturday, 14th of April.

Revolver: Heartbreaker

On Thursday 5th of April, Revolver is announcing the launch of the new, free, weekly late night Thursday event: Heartbreaker.

Second Official Oaf Hat Party

The Oxford Art Factory will be holding an Oaf Hat Party, featuring bands such as: VEEN, Dampvamp, Group, Skarlett Saramore, Tales In Space, Bang! Bang! Rock 'n' Roll + The Jones Rival.

Doors open at 8pm with free drinks until they run out. Bring a hat to wear. There will also be a chance to win beautiful hats courtesy of Strand Hatters.
