To use a sporting analogy, Rockhampton’s favourite sons Busby Marou are heading into the business end of the season with the wind well and truly in their sails.
After scoring high rotation slots from Triple J and NOVA, Busby Marou's debut self-titled album reached #24 on the ARIA album charts and #5 on the Australian artist charts. The boys are also making their presence felt with strong showings in the nominations at the AIR, Deadly and Queensland Music Awards.
After a stunning response from fans and media Busby Marou have had similarly good fortune in the live arena selling out their first ever headline tour in July and scoring coveted support slots with Birds Of Tokyo & Pete Murray and Dolly Parton.
Busby Marou are excited to announce the “Underlying Message” tour sharing their biggest production yet through the month of November.
Joining the band on the road are Sydney six-piece Winter People, who will be venturing into a number of unvisited territories for the first time off the back of their wildly successful debut single, “Wishingbone”.
