Dead Letter Circus

Joe Plummer - drummer for The Shins and Cold War Kids - will be releasing his debut album Built In Sun on August 7th via People In A Position To Know Records.

Sydney band, Endless Heights are set to release their newest EP Teach You How To Leave on August 14th. Boasting “four honest, dark and heavy hitting songs” its being released through Anchors Aweigh Records

Melbourne bedroom producer Jamil Zacharia is releasing their debut 7 track EP The Soft Tread That Inspires digitally in the coming featuring “cinematic, beat driven music that blends vocals and acoustic instruments with electronics”.

Hugo Race and The True Spirit

Hugo Race and The True Spirit deliver an idiosyncratic fusion of folk, experimentalism, electronica and rock in their new album The Spirit, set for release August 14th by German independent label Glitterhouse Records through Rough Velvet/MGM.

Pavement

On 7th August, Matador Records will release The Secret History Vol. 1, the first of five compilations in a new series of Pavement rarities including b-sides, unreleased session tracks, John Peel sessions, and a 1992 live concert from the Slanted and Enchanted era (1990-1992).

Guards of May

Five-piece from Brisbane Guards of May have their full-length debut album Future Eyes is out August 14th through MGM Distribution.
