THE PARADISE MOTEL - "BROWN SNAKE"

Hobart! Feel the love! All the way from Tasmania (via Melbourne) comes a band that - wait for it - don't suck! OK, I'm sure there are plenty others that don't, but few deliver such standouts as this track, "Brown Snake". It comes off their recently released LP, Australian Ghost Story. The album deals is based on the disappearance of Azaria Chamberlain - the world’s most well-known (alleged) dingo victim! As for "Brown Snake", what we have here is a truly gorgeous, haunting number - Hope of the States (obscure reference, sorry) meets Bridezilla. Oh, the violin! Enjoy. And make sure you stick through it until the end. It builds impressively!
