The Fiery Furnaces, Mama Cass, of Montreal, Roy Orbison, Otis Redding, Neutral Milk Hotel

How did you get started?
I bought a digital 8-track right out of high school and started teaching myself guitar and writing songs. When it was time to go to college, I was fully engrossed in music and decided to dedicate full time to it. That was 8 years ago now!

How would you best describe your live show:
Energetic and emotive

What shows do you have coming up?
A 3-week North American tour supporting The Tallest Man On Earth in August + September, a month directly following in Europe, and 3 weeks in the US in October + November.

Tell us about your latest release:
My latest record is called AFTER.’ It’s my 2nd studio album and has a directness and personal vulnerability a little beyond my first album Ripely Pine.
