Gettin' to know the Glaswegians #04: The Amazing Snakeheads

As we continue our showcase of some great bands our of Glasgow, Scotland, today we profile emerging outfit The Amazing Snakeheads. As they continue to celebrate the release of their record Amphetamine Ballads (released in the UK back in April) have a watch of our interview with the trio in Scotland, backstage at T in the Park where we talk about their music, potential trips to Australia and more:

Well, they might call themselves “shite”, but we certainly don’t. One of our favourite tracks from the band (so far) is this one, “Here It Comes Again”, which lulls you in with its heavy bass, in a way that Nick Oliveri always does so well. Indeed, the band ooze the sort of cool feel that Nick and Josh embodied in Queens of the Stone Age, or that Alex Turner is achieving these days with Arctic Monkeys. Unsurprisingly, Turner counts himself as a fan of The Amazing Snakeheads – and you can too!
