MORE INFO ABOUT THIS ARTIST AND TOUR:
Love a dance? Getting excited about the coming summer weather and its dancing potential? Well wrap your ears around re:enactment’s new single
Problematic
‘cause it could very well become the soundtrack to your summer. This punked up electro dance anthem will lighten your day and have you hanging for warm weather and a packed dance-floor in the wee hours of a summer morning.
re:enactment will be heading out on the road next month to launch their double A-Side single Talent for Retail; featuring
Problematic
and its flipside
Nintendogs
. The two singles are also accompanied by the bonus B-side, Don’t Even, and a live-version of Steel Drums. With hyped live reviews this is definitely a band whose shows should be marked in your diary in BIG letters with lots of exclamation marks.
Not interested in another one-trick pony electro band? Don’t write them off just yet…the follow up track
Nintendogs
is a strikingly beautiful pop tune that is sure to warm your heart with its sexy soulful feel… perfect to calm you down before bed after staying up all night dancing your butt off to Problematic on the dance floor. The Brisbane locals formed re:enactment in 2007 and have spent the last three years writing and performing their euphoric tunes, pushing the boundaries of dance and electro. The band are cool, young, credible and undeniably talented.
With their first album release scheduled for next year re:enactment are definitely a band to watch in 2011! Jump on the band wagon now so you can tsk’ tsk’ everyone else next year when they start telling you about “this amazing new electro punk band from Brisbane” that they’ve only just discovered.
