PC Gaming Set for a Revolution With NVIDIA’S Big Format Gaming Displays

With the introduction of NVIDIA’s Big Format Gaming Displays, PC gaming is set to undergo a theatre-sized revolution, bringing together NVIDIA’s G-SYNC and SHIELD technologies to create a supersized, streamlined gaming experience.

Created in conjunction with Acer, ASUS and HP, NVIDIA’s “BFGDs” integrates a 65-inch high-end display with a 4K 120HZ HDR display to deliver smooth gameplay, as well as the ability to watch all your favourite streaming services on demand.

The BFGDs are backed by the power of NVIDIA’s G-SYNC HDR technology, that allows for perfect synchronisation of the display’s 120Hz refresh rate to deliver highly responsive, tear-free and immersive gaming.

The slick 4K HDR display features a full-array direct backlight, peak luminance and DCI-P3 colour gamut to deliver smooth visual quality.

Integration of the Android TV-based SHIELD also allows gamers to switch between gaming and other entertainment with ease. The BFGDs come bundled with a SHIELD remote, allowing for easy access to all your favourite streaming apps including Netflix and YouTube.

The NVIDIA BFGDs are expected to release this summer, with pricing and further details to follow. For more information on G-SYNC, and the latest on NVIDIA tech, check out the NVIDIA blog.
