We recently picked up the album Dance a Little, Live a Little by Liz Martin, which was released last month, and realised, after at least a good week, that there were some hidden nipples - or at least one nipple - on the cover. We felt inspired to look into the history of album covers for the same... not for the perverse nature of it, we promise - but because it's fascinating how often this has been done over the years...
Here now we look at ten album covers, including the new record by Ms Martin, whose album covers are as titillating (pun definitely intended) as the music itself - sometimes you have to look a little harder, and other times it's made pretty obvious. We hope you enjoy this look back...
10. The Jesus Lizard - Goat (1991)

9. Scorpions - In Trance (1975)

8. Abbe May - Design Desire (2011)

7. The Sounds - Dying to Say This To You (2007)
A bit more censored than the rest, but it's obvious where you're eyes are looking in this one...

6. Liz Phair - Exile in Guyville (1993)

5. Tom Waits - Small Change (1976)

4. Liz Martin - Dance a Little, Live a Little (2012)

3. Grails - Doomsdayer's Holiday (2008)
OK, so this one's a bit more obvious than the rest, but it's way too cool to not include on the list.

2. Pixies - Surfer Rosa (1988)
OK this one too... we're cheating a little now...

1. Roxy Music - Country Life (1974)
