Wordlife announce national EP tour and release new single

Australian record label Motorik (MTK) have announced their 16th release on the label will be Dat Groove by Sydney act Wordlife, of which the title track features DJ Funk, with remixes from Mak & Pasteman, Sinden and Carisma. Following this release, Wordlife have confirmed a national EP tour of Dat Groove which will open in Queensland in the beginning of December 2014 and conclude mid-January 2015.

Festival Review: Splendour In The Grass 2014 - Thursday (24.07.14)

While many were off in Byron Bay town centre enjoying the official Splendour In The Grass pre-party with Interpol and a slew of the festival's best acts, the majority of punters stormed North Byron Parklands for a very eventful warm-up. Every year Splendour opens it's gates a day before the official start date, welcoming early-arrivals with massive party that usually begins in the late afternoon and ends well past midnight.

The sold-out Secret Garden Festival has dropped a second artist announcement that is sure to make people either ecstatic that they snagged tickets or devastated they missed out, one of the two. Wordlife announce the "Club of Life" tour for the Australian east coast.

wordlife are releasing their new record, Breakthrough/Small Talk EP next month and to celebrate, the Sydney duo are heading out on a launch tour down the east coast soon after. The EP showcases everything great wordlife are bringing to the electronic music scene at the moment and are showing that they aren't afraid to blur conventions and take the music in new directions.
