WIL WAGNER AND THE SMITH STREET BAND

Photo Gallery: The Smith Street Band + Pole Top Rescue - Darwin Railway Club (24.01.15)

For the lucky Darwinians that got a ticket to see The Smith Street Band at the Railway Club, Wil Wagner and Co delivered nothing short of a politcally-charged, ferocious and emotionally tuned energetic punch to the rib cage. Tickets to the sell out show were the hot item in the NT (tears were shed) and The Smith Street Band delivered. Supported by locals Pole Top Rescue, Amy Hetherington brings some photos from the night.

Live Review: Wil Wagner and The Smith Street Band + Restorations + Nuclear Summer + Army of Champions + El Alamein - X and Y Bar (06.09.12)

To celebrate the launch of Sunshine and Technology, Wil Wagner and The Smith Street Band held an incredible show at Brisbane’s X and Y Bar. Someone, somewhere, had decided to line up five bands for the night, which a few might deem overkill, but it seemed to be well appreciated by the packed out venue. Wil Wagner and The Smith Street Band were the ultimate stars of the night, supported by Restorations, Nuclear Summer, Army of Champions and El Alamein.

Blood Sweat and Beers 5: Day 1 - The Annandale Hotel, Sydney (02.07.11)

To end the Annandale Hotel's 11th birthday celebrations, the fifth edition of Blood Sweat and Beers takes over for a weekend-long extravaganza of some of the best underground punk rock from across the country. Spanning both Saturday and Sunday for the first time, this has to be one of the best lineups they have put together, and after past Blood Sweat and Beers events I was keen to see what bands they could unearth this time around to energise my senses.
