
Buffalo Tales is the new project for Sydney singer songwriter Wes Carr. The new single, "Amsterdam", is out now and is the first single from the album Roadtrip Confessions, due out on June 21.

Wes Carr has announced a bunch of tour dates he'll be playing through February, promoting his EP, Blood & Bone. Having already launched the EP under the moniker Buffalo Tales in Adelaide, Sydney, Carr will be taking the record through to venues in Victoria, Queensland and northern NSW. Check out the singer-songwriter who has long since removed his association with reality TV and has truly come into his own as an individual artist.

Former Idol winner Wes Carr has returned with Blood & Bone the debut EP from his new project Buffalo Tales. Anyone tuning in to hear a collection of pleasant radio friendly pop rock songs are going to be sorely disappointed. Blood & Bone is a completely different beast from Carr previous output, a return to his musical roots as a singer-songwriter. Carr has crafted an EP full of striking and mesmerising tracks, that signal a bright future.

Many of you will undoubtedly remember Wes Carr as the winner of Australian Idol a few years ago. Since then Carr has had a pretty eventful time. He was dropped by his label, turned a plane around, and done plenty of soul searching. Now he's back with his debut release Blood & Bone under his new moniker Buffalo Tales. We caught up with him to find out more.
