Last night saw the Triple Rainbow Tour hit Sydney, taking over Purple Sneakers' Last Night at the Gaelic Club. The tour brings together three bands who scored Big Day Out spots in their hometowns back in January: Sydney's We Say Bamboulee, Melbourne's Eagle and the Worm and Brisbane's Ball Park Music.

The Triple Rainbow tour is exactly that; a triple edged blade of sublime happiness and glorious Australian indie fantastico. A double rainbow is good; a Triple Rainbow is better.
Three of Australia's finest bands are hitting up the East Coast of Australia for a co-headline tour this March. The "Triple Rainbow Tour" will feature Ball Park Music, Eagle & The Worm and We Say Bamboulee.
We caught up with all three bands to talk about the tour. And rainbows.

Purple Sneakers have a new night in Sydney - "Last Night", featuring a great combination of live bands and well known DJs. On Friday, The Gaelic played host to a Foals DJ set, Purple Sneakers DJs, live sets from Jonathan Boulet and We Say Bamboulee and much more! Murray Ferguson was there to take a few snaps of the bands in action...

Another Friday night, another fantastic lineup at World Bar's MUM! As is always the case, there was plenty of mayhem on multiple stages, so I wasn't able to catch everyone, but here's a short recap of the three bands I did see.
