There's only one week to go until the Surry Hills Festival kicks off for another year and yet another announcement has dropped regarding what is already an awesome line up and after party!
Joining the festival bill will be the following artists:
Jordie Lane
Valley of Kings
Jordan Leser
Charlie Gradon
Bastian Fox Phelan
Bity Booker
Johnsong

The electro-rock, Sydney-based, International Songwriting Competition finalist, Tom Ugly, will be performing throughout this month and May in Sydney and Newcastle with a special performance at the Sydney Apple Store; very befitting as the artist filmed a cover of Radiohead's 'Creep' entirely on his iPhone 4 as a tribute to the late Steve Jobs. Apple caught word of this and fans can catch the exclusive performance on 12 April.

One of Sydney's most recognisable venues, the Annandale Hotel is more than just a music venue; it's an institution. It is known Australia wide as a stepping stone for young bands and artists to pursue their dreams of rock and roll fame and now it is time to give back to a place that has given the Australian music scene so much.
Tues 29th - Day One:
We arrived early, full of excitement and anticipation. The roads were muddy, the temperature on the rise - but nothing could deter us… that is, until we took a deep breath in and inhaled that trusty farm fresh scent… pooh.
After a tent set up full of frustration and profanity we meandered our way in the blistering heat to explore our new terrain for the next 3 days.
When I was in Los Angeles in 2006, I passed up the opportunity to see Zero 7, accompanied by Jose Gonzalez and Sia, at the Hollywood Bowl. Oh, how I still regret this decision. But the result of this decision meant that this gig at the Enmore would be the first time I'd have the privilege of experiencing one of Australia's finest talents.
