The Weeknd announces 2023 tour dates for Australia and New Zealand for “After Hours Til Dawn” global stadium tour

*Due to overwhelming demand for tour dates in Australia, further shows have been added*

Diamond-certified selling artist The Weeknd has announced today that his sold-out global concert tour, “After Hours Til Dawn”, will extend to both Australia and New Zealand.

Celebrating both his critically acclaimed albums “After Hours” (the 2020 release featuring the newly announced No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 song of all time in “Blinding Lights”) and last year’s “Dawn FM”, the completely sold out global stadium run has been an incredible success, breaking attendance records. The tour recently broke London Stadium’s attendance record with 160,000 concertgoers across two nights. The Weeknd also just wrapped with his largest headline show to date, breaking Wembley Stadium’s record for sales with a traditional concert set up with the stage at one end with 87,000 tickets sold.

Originally commencing in Brisbane on November 20th, 2023 at the Suncorp Stadium, The Weeknd will follow through in Sydney (November 24th at Accor Stadium) and Melbourne (December 1st at Marvel Stadium), before finalising in New Zealand in Auckland at Eden Park on December 7th.  Special guests Mike Dean and Chxrry22 will join as the tour’s support acts.

With overwhelming demand during the Vodafone pre-sale, The Weeknd has announced an additional 3 shows for the Australian leg in Brisbane (November 21st at Suncorp Stadium), Sydney (November 25th at Accor Stadium) and Melbourne (December 2nd at Marvel Stadium).

Vodafone customers can secure tickets during a pre-sale commencing Friday, August 25 – Melbourne starting at 10am, Brisbane at 11am and Sydney at 12pm. Head to Vodafone.com.au/ticket. General public tickets go on sale on Friday September 1– Melbourne from 10am, Brisbane from 11am and Sydney from 12pm.
